Why is pizza wonderful?  It’s good for Monday nights, company nights, date nights and leftovers.  If you present someone else with homemade pizza, they will never turn it down.  I attribute this to the pizza mystique – the thought of actually having to make a crust and prepping the toppings somehow seems more psychologically challenging than grilling meat.  In all actuality, it’s really FAR easier than that.

For the record, if you’re not actually going to make your own crust from scratch, I highly reccomend the Trader Joe’s pre-made dough.
