As per the usual, I saw a recipe, tossed out half of the ingredients that seemed asinine and pointless, and threw in a few tried and true favorites. It’s simple, mindless and I suspect it would be excellent if you were to grill the meat you were serving.
- 1/2 packet Ranch dressing mix (dry)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Lemon juice
- 1 T finely minced rosemary
- 1 T Dijon mustard
Combine ingredients in bowl to taste, stir. Add more ranch powder as necessary. Pour mixture over meat, let sit unrefrigerated for 30 minutes. Prepare meat as desired.
