My cooking manifesto? I don’t believe in margarine, substituting applesauce for oil in recipes, or faux-meats.
There was a point in time where I was only good at boiling water for noodles, but everyone has to start somewhere, right? For better or for worse, this compilation of recipes has been assembled over a number of years of blogging and while some of them may have fallen off of our menu rotation, there are a fair number of dishes that we still make all the time.
