We had dinner with my family on Sunday so I took that opportunity to make a double batch of dinners in the crockpot that we can pull out later. Note to file: Always do this.
Monday – Turkey Ragu over Polenta, Garlicky Wilted Spinach
The ragu was actually a slow cooker meal I pulled from the freezer. It went GREAT over the polenta.
Wednesday – Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Sweet and Salty Coconut Rice from Cravings, Asparagus
This is probably just going to be one of our meals for the rest of the summer.
Thursday – 90’s Taco Salad
