This week we actually cooked everything. And I made another double batch of this soup so we had a few more meals in the freezer ready to go to friends!
Friday – One-Skillet Steak and Spring Veg with Spicy Mustard, Roasted Tiny Potatoes
We had an at-home date night.
Saturday – Perfect Instant Ramen
We haven’t made this in a few months! Easy, fast dinner.
Sunday – Texas Sweet Onion Casserole with Rice, Chipotle and Gruyere Cheddar, Black Beans, Garlicky Wilted Spinach
It has been YEARS since I made this rice casserole and it is just the best ever. Literally the best. We will be making it more.
Tuesday – Grilled Barbecue Chicken, Roasted Tiny Potatoes, Coleslaw, Hot Brownie Sundaes
We had a pre-Independence day grill out with friends.
Wednesday – Roasted Turkey
I literally made this for the potluck we were invited to. And it was great. Not pictured: the scratch gravy I made.
Thursday – Sesame Chicken Noodles from Cravings, Steamed Broccoli
Once again, I made them peanut instead of sesame. Still great. Also, I used leftover turkey instead of chicken because it was there and it was fast.
Miscellaneous – Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
I had two extra bananas so we needed to re-stock the freezer.
