If y’all read through the entirety of this post you will have a laugh about the grilled turkey cheese binge I went on this week. Apparently this is just where I am at right now.
I will also note that the most beautiful part of our cabin trip was where I didn’t have to cook all week.
Friday – BBQ Grilled Chicken, Coleslaw, Roasted Potatoes
We had some friends over for dinner and I actually co-opted one of them into doing the grilling which was fantastic.
Saturday – Salmon, Garlicky Wilted Spinach and Hashbrowns
Getting wild and making fish (not from a can!) for a change.
Sunday – Grilled Turkey Cheese with Tater Tots and Southwestern Salad
Pre-cabin trip dinner. No leftovers!
Thursday – Grilled Turkey Cheese with Caesar Salad
Then I came home from the cabin and this was really the most energy I could possibly muster.
