Friday Food Round-Up!

Friends, my energy is at an all-time low this week. Here. We ate.

Read to the bottom for the best meal.

Sunday – Tuna Melts, Salad

Lunch.

Sunday – Enchiladas, Rice, Black Beans

I popped 3 lbs of chicken in the crockpot to make a double batch of these and one pan is in the freezer. I made a huge batch of rice and beans on the side to stretch the pan we did eat into like…six full meals total and an extra one for the freezer.

Tuesday – Slow Cooker Gyros, Garlicky Wilted Spinach, Tots

My friend Madelyn gets credit for these. Chicken into the crockpot with 1/2 bottle Greek dressing! Shred! Serve! Rejoice!
