Last week we lived out of our freezer, this week I cooked for us and sent some meals to mamas who needed them!
Sunday – Slow Cooker Italian Sausage, Escarole, and White Bean Soup from Skinny Taste Fast and Slow, Challah
It’s officially a favorite.
Monday – Tuna Melts, Tater Tots, Salad
This was a perfect snow day meal.
Wednesday – Slow Cooker Vegetable Yellow Split Pea Soup from Skinny Taste Fast and Slow, Salad
So there is this thing where my crockpot hates lentils and split peas. So this meal took like 11 hours to cook. I actually made it on Tuesday (and we ended up eating frozen pizza that night because disaster)so this meal became food for the rest of the week instead.
