Christmas weekend struck and it was so feast-y. I made some Buffalo Chicken Dip for the celebration with our extended family. On Tuesday we were supposed to eat dinner at home, but then it turned into family dinner. So, I put the Skinny Taste channa masala into the crockpot so we could eat some for lunch and freeze some meals as well.
Saturday – Creamy Potato Soup, Salad, Challah
Was the soup from a packet mix from ALDI? Yes.
Sunday – Lasagna, Salad, Garlic Bread
We couldn’t fondue this year because Glitter doesn’t really have a bedtime so we had Christmas lasagna instead.
Monday – Scrambled Eggs, Hash Brows, Bacon, Bread Pudding
The best part of Christmas is breakfast. Also this bread pudding recipe is literally the greatest thing.
Tuesday – Steak, Crab, Baked Potatoes, Salad
Dad had to cut my meat because I was holding Glitter while I ate.
Wednesday – Spaghetti with Meatballs, Salad
Adam and Whitney came to play with the kids and they brought salad, I actioned a simple work night, weeknight meal.
Thursday – Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumpling Soup from Skinny Taste Fast and Slow, Salad
I have never made chicken and dumplings before so here I am, trying new things! Plus it was DELICIOUS and I got to freeze a few servings. Would make again!
