Friday Food Round-Up!

This was my first week back at work and it is a new routine but we still managed to cook and eat food! I made some brownies for Marcus’ work potluck. I made Megan’s Easy Egg Nog Bundt Cake for my own.

Friday – Squash Soup, Sweet and Sour Turkey Tenders, Roasted Broccoli, Latkes

Sue made a beautiful Hanukkah dinner for us.

Saturday – Chef Salad

I actually made myself a salad for lunch so I wanted to share.

Sunday – Slow Cooker Italian Sausage and White Bean Soup with Escarole from Skinny Taste Fast and Slow,Challah

Marcus liked this soup (hey I did too!) so I made it again!

Monday -Tuna Melts, Salad

I took the tuna melt recipe from Cravings and changed it up a bit.

Tuesday – Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken, Steamed Broccoli, Steamed Rice

This meal fed us and allowed me to use up a bottle of teriyaki sauce living in my fridge.

Wednesday – Baked Potatoes with Chili, Salad

This was a pretty easy weeknight/work night dinner.

Thursday – French Onion Soup/Chili, Salad

Sue made us some French Onion Soup that I froze in September. Marcus ate that and I had the leftover chili. We both had salad.
