Y’all, we have a few more meals coming but the meal train is winding down. I’m not really ready to start cooking again but we need to do it and thankfully we still have a significant amount of food in the freezer to work through. This will make the following weeks easier.

When Kay brought this for dinner a few weeks ago I loved it and asked her for the recipe and she said the Skinny Taste cookbook. Since half of the cookbook is dedicated to the crockpot I was like HEYYYY THIS IS MY SPEED.
