We’ve been trying to put at least a bit of effort into our Shabbat dinners. This one was pleasantly summery.
Sunday – Steak, Corn on the Cob, Roasted Potatoes, Bruschetta
I did not make this meal (though I did source the corn and tomatoes!), Mom did. Billy was home so it was nice to spend some time together.
Monday – Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread
This is your regular PSA that if you live in the Twin Cities and have not eaten the garlic bread from the bakery section at Lunds, you really need to.
Wednesday – Banh Mi Skillet Meatballs from Cast Iron Gourmet, Steamed Broccoli, and Rice
Megan’s cookbook arrived just in time for me to meal plan this week and I was so excited to pick out something new to add to the menu!
Thursday – Grilled Cheese with Smashed Avocado, Tater Tots
Marcus was at his monthly poker night. I wanted a grilled cheese and a mountain of tots. It was great.
