Friday Food Round-Up!

YOU GUYS.  LAST FRIDAY FOOD ROUND-UP ON THE MULTI-GENERATIONAL COMPOUND.

On Sunday night we had dinner with Billy before he flew home to Texas and ate Tollefson brats and other farmers’ market things.

Saturday – Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Hibachi Vegetables, Dijon Potatoes


Easy.  And we discovered that Critter likes dijon potatoes!

Sunday – Asian Chopped Salad with Teriyaki Chicken and Hibachi Vegetables


We tossed a salad kit and leftovers together for a fresh lunch.

Monday – Korean Beef Tacos, Black Beans and Rice


Mads shared this taco recipe with me and IT IS SO GOOD.  We added the rice and beans to make it a fusion meal.

Tuesday – Baked Chicken with Potato Salad and Corn on the Cob


Simple.  Tasty.

Thursday – Mario Batali’s Spicy Shrimp Sauté, Steamed Rice, Roasted Vegetables


Last shrimp feast before I revert to a kitchen where I cannot cook them.  I am so glad that we found this recipe.  It will serve us well when I convert it to chicken.
