Happy Friday, y’all! This week simultaneously felt really long and really fast but here we all are at the end of it!
What we ate from the pantry this week: Turkey burgers, tomato soup.
Sunday – Grampy Jim’s
Ham Turkey Sandwiches from Farmhouse Rules, Tomato Soup
This sandwich has turned into such a stalwart, y’all. It is tasty in all ways and despite the number of ingredients, not too insane to assemble.
Monday – Frijoles a la Charra from The Homesick Texan, Texas Sweet Onion Casserole with Rice, Chipotle, and Gruyere, Soft-Fried Eggs
I was not kidding when I said I wanted to make this again ASAP.
Wednesday – Pan Roasted Chicken with Harissa Chickpeas, Garlicky Wilted Spinach, Rice
We have not made this meal in FOREVER (read: over a year) because we ran out of harissa. Good news. They sell it at Trader Joe’s now! This will be back in our rotation.
Pretty simple dinner.
