Sunday – Vegetable Tortilla Stew from Cravings
Truth: Last week I decided we needed to re-stock our freezer with some ready-to-go food. And then Mom let me know about a close family friend who had recently undergone surgery and maybe also needed a meal. Presto, double batch done! Food for our friend, food for our freezer, and food for a nice Sunday lunch as well.
