I’ve read a real potpourri of books in the last few weeks and have now found myself in the complicated position of having many books started. It just happens sometimes.
I am by no means reading all the time – I actually sort of suck at the whole doing things one handed-thing. But it is one of the many things I can do to fill some of the time when Critter is sleeping and I am Not Napping.
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
After reading Go Set a Watchman it was very obvious to me that I had to read Harper Lee’s first (and for a very long time, only) book because I was 100% positive that we watched the movie adaptation in some class but never actually read the book.
I really loved it and I am 100% sure I appreciated it more now than I did (or would have) in high school.
