What I’ve Been Reading

Despite my fears about running out of books to read while we were in Italy, I only ended up reading three, though I think we can all agree that three books in 17 days is not really “only” anything, that’s actually a decent clip.

  1. TELL ME your thoughts on Life After Life. I read it in the DR on my 30th trip and was breathless.

  2. I did not enjoy The Secret History. I liked The Cuckoo’s Calling, so I’m definitely going to add The Silkworm to my list. My most recent novel read was Orphan Train, which I loved. Currently reading The Desire Map by Danielle LaPorte and The Nightingale, which I’ve just started but is supposed to be amazingly good.
