Especially the day after an epic Hanukkah party?
Monday – Peach Whiskey Barbecue Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus
1. I made WAY TOO MUCH SAUCE AND WAY TOO MANY POTATOES.
2. I made the potatoes with butter, heavy cream, green onions and garlic. My life is not so hard.
3. This meal is basically a sanctioned way to eat BBQ sauce straight.
Wednesday – Great Grandma Turano’s Meatballs with Spaghetti
