At the beginning of this week, we were facing windchills that were dragging the temperature into the teens. At the end of this week, we were pushing 50. I mean, really, what are you supposed to do with that sort of information?

Considering the fact that I only had to plan One Meal this week, it should not have been that hard to figure out what we were making for dinner.
But it was.
And this chili. The chili that we are basically in a monogamous relationship with, was the only thing that I could even think to want.
Did I mention that this recipe is probably in Marcus’ top five favorite dinners? Because there’s that too.
