This week was salads-themed. Not intentionally, but because by the time we got home from Rochester on Sunday, spicy and Asian sounded better than meatballs and rice.
I had this over cabbage, as per the usual. To sell it to Marcus, I served it over rice. Because it’s probably one of his favorite foods and forgives All Things.
A little sriracha drizzled over the top and hey presto, everything is beautiful.
