Knocking It Out

Apparently it’s “warm” for winter here.  So it goes without saying that I LOVED knocking out six miles this morning in fifty degrees, wearing a tank top.

In all seriousness are we not all slaying ourselves over saw-it-while running sights like this?

It was absolutely amazing to run past all of the vineyards and into downtown Yountville.

No, I’m never giving it back.

Nothing whets the appetite quite like running past ad hoc and Bouchon.

How did you move your body today?

  1. wow, glorious running weather 🙂

    cheers

  2. Oh man, I bet that was a beautiful run! Hope you’re having fun on vacation.
Today I ran. Just a run. At least I walked to classes too. Nice thing about college? Being able to do a lot of walking.

  3. *swoon* We’re running the Napa Marathon in March. ALREADY SALIVATING! Enjoy every moment of Napa. Now I really can’t wait to be there.

  4. That is really so pretty. Not much to “ooh” and “ahh” over here in the big ol’ city of PHX, but I did see a hot air balloon this morning that kind of made me smile. Which was important because Zooey had just tripped me and I managed to stop my iPhone workout (obviously I was running later than my 4:30 AM pre-traffic or people norm). Then I walked home because I got a call. But at least I walked, right? I hope you have an awesome time on your trip! 🙂

  5. Oh lady, I am in insanely jealous! AHHHH! Looks beautiful! I had to run in the frigid, icy rain last night. Not fair my friend, not fair.

    *shakes head*

    🙂

  6. Fun! Enjoy! Napa is very European, when it comes to scenery, I believe. Who needs to fly to France when you can travel to Yountville instead?

  7. I need to run on vacation more. It’s something I always think about doing, but then chicken out. The things I could have seen! Hope you’re having an amazing trip!

  8. You wore a tank top in 50 degree weather? We’d have scarves and gloves on if it was 50 degrees here. It was 80 today. I still had a sweater on, if that tells you anything…

  9. That view is definitely motivation to run! Napa is one of my favorite places on earth!
