A Sign

I know.

I know.

Yesterday was so…heavy.  We won’t go near that place again for a long, long time.

Pinky swear.

Today’s Groupon was for the Chateau St. Croix Winery & Vineyard to do a wine tasting and to take home two bottles of their wine.  For only $30, that’s a deal I can get on-board with.  If you’re loving the sound of that, you have until midnight to buy it.

Speaking of limited-time sales, today was the Lilly Pulitzer sale on Rue La La.  There was one dress that I rather liked, but other people snapped it up in my size before I could.  I was so excited for the sale, but right now there are other things that my closet needs more, and that I love 11/10.  So, no goodies for me.  But I SO hope that some of you managed to find something nice for your wardrobe!

On Friday, since I will be diving into Wedding-Fest 2010.  It will be a mystical time in which I will be venturing to two weddings (one on Friday AND one on Saturday…Yes, expect for there to be more bad cell phone photography.) as well as a bridal shower for my cousin’s fiance on Sunday.

And, there’s even more exciting news.  Y’all remember when I told you all about my now not-so-secret dream to sojourn to NYC.  I informed Marcus on Monday that now The Internet knew, we had to make-it-so.  Because we all know that once The Internet knows, it is The Truth.  We’re not actually going on my birthday weekend, but as of today, it looks like we’ll be there over Labor Day weekend.  There was some debate as to whether or not we would end up visiting on a different weekend, but given that as I’m typing this, Keeping The Faith is simultaneously playing on Lifetime, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that it’s A Sign.

  1. Ahhh I’m going to be in MN over Labor Day weekend! It’ll be sad if we miss each other.
