Week 6: 6/6 – 6/12

This week was much more reassuring on the running front.  I’m not sure if it’s because my lungs + legs are finallly sync-ing up, or what, but running felt good.  I’m finally convinced that the progress I’ve made thus far is going to get me to the finish line on August 22nd.

I also made some progress on the eating front.  I’m still trying to build lunches that are “right,” but breakfast has definitely become an eating “strength.”  Feel free to check out my musings on my munching-mysteries here.

And because I tell you everything, when I was running straight, I was on the treadmill.  The weather was a bit obnoxious and gloomy this week so there were a couple days where being outside was simply a non-option.

  • Sun: 70 @ 3-2
  • Mon: 45 @ 4-1
  • Tues: 45 min
  • Wed: 50 @ 4-1
  • Thurs: 45 min
  • Fri: REST
  • Sat: 80 @ 3-2
