I’m not gonna lie, this week was a little bit overwhelming. I know that I’m moving in the right direction and I know that training is all about making incremental steps forward. But really, I have no idea of how I’m actually going to run 13.1 miles at the end of August.
I’m still working-out the food-factor, so you’ll all know as soon as I do what my new eating schedule looks like.

- Wed: 45 @ 4-1
- Thurs: 45 @ 4-1
- Fri: Walk 60 min
- Sat: 45 @ 4-1
