Once upon a time, I posted the workouts I did each week while I was training for a race.
That was useless information for two reasons:
- I’m not a certified personal trainer, so I really don’t know what I’m doing.
- I haven’t trained for any race the same way twice.
More selfishly, I created this page because it makes it so much easier for me to analyze my results when I’m pace-plotting for my races. Let’s just call a spade a spade.
