Before you make this rice, I think you should know.
This is not the type of dish that inspires moderation, despite its humble origins. You’ll go back for seconds, even if it hurts.
Ingredients
- Steamed white rice, prepared
- 1/4 c up finely minced cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime juice to taste
Instructions
- Once you’ve finished cooking your rice, transfer into a large mixing bowl without compressing.
- Incorporate minced cilantro until well-combined.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add lime juice (for me it’s usually ~2-4 T) and stir until completely blended.
- Serve. Simple as that.
Note: To top, consider traditional burrito ingredients. I personally love using Black Beans and Guacamole among my many other favorites.
