I didn’t think I was going to make it to the grocery store until mid-week, so Mom was so kind as to bring me a romaine heart, a tomato, some broccoli crowns and a tiny cucumber. But then I realized I had some time this evening amidst all of my laundry-doing and dish washing to hit up Trader Joe’s. As you can see from the picture above, there’s nothing new and exotic in my haul this week. But I’m really excited to be able to eat all of the vegetables I can get my hands on after eating out for the entirety of last week.
