I love these because they’re easy, low-calorie and if you make them before bed, they’re ready in the morning. Oh, and they can be kosher for Passover!
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 bag chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Beat egg whites until stiff (using electric hand mixer)
- Add sugar gradually until stiff again
- Fold in chips
- Drop on greased cookie sheet (makes about 12)
- Place in oven and turn off
- Let sit overnight (4 hrs minimum)
