Lord knows that everyone needs additions to their breakfast rotation, and this one allows for minimal preparation in the morning. AKA, you take it out of the fridge, top it, and enjoy.
This mix is based on the fact that I usually try to stick around the 300 calorie range at breakfast, so you can increase the amount of base you make (everything is proportional, so the amount of oats you put in should equal the amount of liquid and yogurt you add) or change-up what you top it with. I’ll be sure to add topping combinations as I come up with different things that make my heart go pitter-patter.
