I love to cook. Most likely because I love to eat. But that is neither here nor there. I am a Mark Bittman disciple and a devotee of Epicurious. I don’t believe in margarine, substituting applesauce for oil in recipes, or faux-meats.
There was a point in time where I was only good at boiling water for noodles, but everyone has to start somewhere, right?
