Usually Wednesdays are kind of…bleh. They’re fantastic because its exactly the middle of the week and you know that the rest of the way is downhill. Conversely, it is at that point during the week that you realize (sometimes) how slowly the week is moving and how much further you have to go.
On this Wednesday in particular, I found out that my “temporary” position is going “permanent” and thus, I am going to receive B-E-N-E-F-I-T-S. Rock.on. It was pretty much the best news that anyone could have given me. I mean, Simply Blue works, but being on an employer plan is so freakin’ much better.
And yes, that occurence made this probably the most awesome Wednesday ever. God, it’s like growing-up is happening all at once – tomorrow evening, I sign my lease! Eeeeeee!
